Warranty terms

The warranty period starts on the day of purchase. If you find a factory defect, contact the place where you bought the product (showroom or office) within 2 days at most. If the product was delivered to your address by our courier, call us and a company representative will tell you where to return it.

The returned item is inspected by our technical team. If a factory defect is confirmed (within 2 days of purchase), the item is replaced with a new one. After 2 days the product is repaired instead. Repairs during the warranty period are free of charge.

If we cannot repair the item within thirty (30) working days, it will be replaced. If an identical model is not available and the customer declines another model with similar specifications and price, the shop will refund the amount paid.

The warranty does not apply if:

• the warranty period has expired
• the product set is incomplete
• the damage was caused by natural events or electrical faults
• incorrect use or physical damage
• unauthorised, unqualified intervention by the user
• the seller’s recommendations were ignored
